Check this out, this is from Kashmir Region of Pakistan...

Makes you wonder! Assuming wood density to me middle of the pack (sim. to pine @ 33 lb/ft3, although it looks much denser to me, maybe similiar to oak which is 50% heavier) and based on FJ40 dimensions a conservative estimate would be:

Large timbers [2]: 13.5' x 19" sq. or 1,116 lb ea, 2,233 lbs total.

Small timbers in front [6]: 13.5' x 13" sq. or 522 lb ea, 3,137 lbs total.

Small timbers in back [allow 4]; 5.5'x 13" sq. or 213 lb ea, 852 lbs total.

Grand total of 6,222 lbs or 3.1 T, wow...
