Cabinetry extension finished, voltmeter and USB charger housing and shelf. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out along with the modified map and book shelf. Also included pics of progress on the fender mounted table, I'm waiting for the telescopic legs and rail mount to arrive so it's just resting on my work table to see how it's fitting.

+2, I'm interested how that magnetic holder works out. That seem extremely useful..

Actually I changed to press fit clips as I was not convinced the magnets would hold with off road use. The new system is much more robust while still allowing the bar to be removed when stationary. A couple of washers between the clip and the main bar give enough space to snugly fit over the metal 'L' bracket holding all my maps and book firmly in place.

Beautiful work!! My mods fail in comparison. Indeed, cough cough, when will these go on sale?

Thanks Doug!
The Volt meter/USB unit is built specifically to fit my set up with slots cut to accommodate cables etc that other trailers may not have. It's also made to fit that specific electronic unit. The book/map retainer however is more standard to the regular interior design of most trailers and I could certainly make a few of those for sale, I have no idea what to charge though. They take about 2 hrs to make plus material.

Chris, what did you do again to have Toyota wheels on your TD? I currently have a Jeep bolt pattern on my hubs and want to get some Tacoma wheels to match the tow vehicle. Did you just do an adapter/spacer to make it work?

Well ad me to your list for the map bar. I definitely want one! What are your material cost? You would want 50% markup on that usually plus your labor. For reference a magnetic screen from So-Cal is 125 - though admittedly its a little more complex than a straight piece of wood.

I ended up switching hubs altogether to a toyota bolt pattern, however it ended up being somewhat pointless because the wheels require a spacer to fit properly. If I were you I would grab a spacer that coverts Jeep to Toyota pattern and solve the problem in one go. Adventure Trailers can get the proper sized setup for you.

I will definitely be on the list if he decides to sell these.

If I were to get the offset or back spacing of the current wheel to the new wheel would they be able to set me up?
