Andy mentioned he was starting a build immediately after mine was completed. He originally said 6-8 weeks, but when he received your order he mentioned he wanted to get it delivered closer to six weeks. His build quality is stellar. Hope you're just as excited as I am to get one from him.

Not really. I'm having a ARB awning put on both sides with a 4 wall shelter to attach on one side and a 3 wall on the other. 285/75/16s to match my tow rig. Front lockable storage and polished aluminum box. Cooler/fridge slide out. Pretty basic. Pretty excited. May add a climate right ac/heater later. Already quite a bit over budget.

We went over budget when we looked at this Since I'm 6' 6" and will be hitting my head on any awning choice, I'm not going with the awning but am going a totally different direction that I picked up from other trailer builds.
We are seeing Mike at Wanderlust next week to look at a different 510 built, just to see what ours will be looking like. We are waiting for the end of May pickup on ours.

I ended up going over budget too. No surprise there. I ordered an XS510, roof rack, 30 gallon water tank and water heater shower. A couple of other small options. I've been over the build sheet adding and removing so many things so often, I've forgotten what I settled with. The roof rack I added last. I chose the rack over the ARB fridge. I decided I could use the rack more than the fridge. I can use a cooler for a while until I get used to the the trailer and upgrade later. That said, now I'm searching for the right awning option. Its not easy to keep from spending money on this rig. Ugh!

Is anyone going with the ac/heat set up? I kinda would like it but not at $1700. The Climate Right is only $500, where does another $1200 come from? Andy said that SoCal mounted theirs on the side with a special mount. I'm sure there is something going on I don't know about, but I don't really see why you couldn't cut the holes for the hoses in the side and just sit the unit on a table or something.

I went with the Hannibal Awning and the 3 side panels. We've been very satisfied. Best thing is no guy lines. If you go this route, be aware, the lead time is loonngg.

I like no guy lines. I got the 4 wall so the wife would have a place to change and put the PET toilet in if needed. And gives us a bug free place to hang out if needed. The three wall for the other side if we just need some shade but don't want to be closed in. Each panel is separate so it could block wind or sun on one side only if needed. Just trying to make her as comfortable as I can. I want us both to enjoy it. But as we all know, if she don't, we wont.

I wouldn't discount the 3 wall version. The walls are staked down and set pretty tight to the trailer. It provides quite a bit of privacy. (We carry a separate Outback Porta Privy that we use for shower and bathroom duties) My wife and I found that we spend very little time inside the enclosure, unless it's raining. It's great for changing clothes etc, but it's pretty small, and dark, for spending any time in there.

I found video review and there is zipper access just like a door against the trailer. Im not sure it will exactly line up but looks like it should be close.

This is correct. I've got the ARB room and it works well.
