10’ Fiamma F45s Awning in clean excellent condition. No rips or stains.
The OEM tinted rear and side door Window glass are currently covered with white perforated vinyl wrap on the glass to reduce interior heat and to add to the daytime privacy. The window wrap is easily removed if so desired.
Included is a new Hummer HD Jack and Agile custom jack pad saddle. This a huge upgrade to the OEM jack.

Note:
These vans are often referred to as being a Sportsmobile. There is not anything on this van installed by the Sportsmobile company. Some aspects of the conversion was done by El Kapitan Conversion Co. in Westminster, CA by the Previous owner.

I am the second owner of this van. I have been a van owner since 1968.
At 72 years old with a bum knee, I am no longer chasing board surfing waves in Mexico.
I purchased it in April 2017 with 145K miles on it. I have added 37K trouble free miles. I can honestly claim that I did not get to use this van off road for more than 100 miles of graded dirt road, and even fewer miles in the 4wd mode.
The previous owner is a neighbor and he kept meticulous records of all mileage, fuel consumption and destinations, all receipts from repairs and maintenance, original window sticker and sales brochures. He had the Quigley 4x4 system, 46 gallon Transfer Flow fuel tank, vinyl flooring and paneling installed before taking possession in 2006.

The P.O. was an avid kite/wind surfer and the van was setup with racks for boards, masts and sails, and used the van for travel between La Paz, Mexico and Bend, Oregon. All of his miles were “Highway and freeway” miles. It has never hauled heavy loads. This van was not used by him as his camper or as a grocery getter daily driver.
My record keeping is nowhere near as thorough as his but I have been good on oil changes and lubrications.

My goal was to have an off grid, camp ready vehicle, with a lower center of gravity and tons of elbow room to explore isolated places. Mandatory for me was to have ample fresh water (42 gallons), a large full-time fridge, and to have the convenience of a microwave oven. All my other cooking was done outside with a portable propane Coleman stove/grill.

Since I have owned this van, I had the Fiberine 24” top installed 2017
built out the interior, and installed the solar charging system,
installed new front wheel hub bearings (Preventative maintenance, $500 each from Quigley) in 2020
Replaced the windshield due to stone chip/crack. November 2023
Replaced the spark plugs, Cooling system flushed and fresh coolant installed. 2020
Installed K&N cold air intake air filter system, 2017
Replaced the emissions evap charcoal canister, new fuel cap, new fuel filter, 2020
I had transfer case and front and rear differential oils changed @148K.

Engine oil, filter and lube was last done 2000 miles ago in July 2023.
The Brake fluid flushed and Hawk LTS brake pads installed April 2023.
The Front end linkage was inspected and alignment performed August 2023

Current concerns:
There are a few new paint chips on the front hood from a gravel truck on the freeway. The hood in not metal.
Sometimes, but not always, when the fresh air vent is activated there is some warm air leaking in to the dash vents. I have not yet looked into repairing this. I cannot make it do this on command.
Tires are good, no plugs or patches. The rears are 60% worn and fronts are 30% worn. The spare is well used but serviceable.
Fuel fill nozzle at the service station may be click off prematurely if the fuel is filled to fast. This only happens at some fuel pumps. It usually happens when the van is not level, and the filler is on the lower side of the tilting. The Fuel does not overflow or spill on to the ground. It was this way when I purchased this van.
Previous owner had serviced the transmission fluid on a regular basis. I have not done this since I have owned this van. The fluid is still full, clear and pink, and does not smell or leak.

I will be purchasing another full size 2WD passenger van to replace this one. I no longer need a camper type van. I have been a van owner and driver since 1968.

The total width, assuming you mean the exterior, is 103 inches from mirror to mirror when the mirrors are retracted for normal driving. The mirrors are extendable if needed for towing.

When driving conservatively, I can get 14 MPG.

Update: 6-10-24 Still available, and the price has been reduced to $39K.

I have had 2 potential buyers place a deposit on this camper. Both parties did not follow through with the purchase due to not getting their needed loans approved first.

I am asking that the final payment would be received within 5 business days of making a deposit on the sale.
Cash and or bank wire transfer is OK. Once a wire transfer is verified during banking business hours, the van title would be released.

Answers to a couple questions I have received:

If you need to have the van shipped to your location, I can store the camper for up to 14 days after the final payment is verified.

No, I will not finance, take payments, carry paper, or take any trades on this sale.

No, This vehicle has never been in the snow or had any exposure to salted roads.

The 2 - 21 gallon fresh water tanks, (42 gallon total), are sitting directly above the rear axel, next to the wheel wells. They are tied together so the water drains equally from both tanks from use.

The LED ceiling lights currently are not dimmable. The bulbs are dimmable, but I never installed a dimmer switch.

No. I will not sell the Hummer jack separately from the van. It is a treasure and it is awesome.

Currently, The house batteries are connected to the solar charging system only. The PO had installed wiring to connect his single house battery to the van alternator, but I put my 2 batteries in a different location and did not use his wiring. It would be easy to connect his charging wires to my battery location if needed.

Yes, the front coil springs are Agile progressive rate springs. They do create an extra 1 - 1/2 inches of front end lift and travel, and also a slightly smoother ride to the Quigley installed front axel.
