This is a super unique design - fully equipped truck camper with a 6'8" floor length. Lance recently copied this design for their new 650.
Full wet bath, 16k BTU furnace, 3 cubic foot three-way fridge, 6 gallon DSI hot water heater, compact roof AC unit that will run on a 2000 watt generator.
Queen size bed (60" x 80") plus a bit of extra space in the cabover. Dinette converts to a bed, and the upper cabinets over the dinette also fold down into a bunk.

Reico Titan electric jacks with remote - these are a game changer! They make it so easy to load and unload solo.
The camper shows a bit of wear after 13 years of camping, but just the usual scuffs and bumps - no major issues and absolutely no water damage. Cushions and upholstery are in good condition. The paint has peeled off the motor heads on the electric jacks. Mechanically excellent - all appliances and plumbing work as they should.
