With the tongue-box full of hardwood firewood, the water tank full (30gal) and all of my gear/food for a multi-day trip it was right on 2800 lbs. The wood and water was probably 500+ lbs, so without those it's more like 2300lbs. Tongue weight with the wood/water was 330-360lbs.
The height at the awnings (highest point *other than* the spare tire on the roof rack) is 80.5", or 6' 8.5". In general, the standard garage door frame height is 7' (84"), but you generally lose an inch or two to the garage door itself depending on how far it pulls back (often you can adjust that to maximize clearance).
The bed is 53x80" (so 6' 8" in height). I'm 6' and have plenty of space to even sleep on my stomach/side w/ my arm above my head. Not particularly interested in a trade since I moved to my pickup with a Four Wheel Camper but might entertain the right deal.
Keep in mind, this was in 2017 and it was $31,646. The base price has changed from the $17,725 you see here to $20,225 so at a minimum a new build is going to be closer to $35k.
TTT - buyer dropped out. To be clear, nobody has actually come and looked at this trailer. I'm confident the first folks that actually check it out will buy it, but nobody has yet...
