Awesome rig, I follow him on IG. For $100k he should remove those carpet stains, also get some magic erasers, and take the rub marks off the white cabinets.. I believe being transparent in the classifieds section of EP is extremely important, so I think it would be appropriate to disclose how that asking price came up, SMB value $50,000 (if not less) only comparable would be ExploringElements SMB- being over 200k miles... Trailer value $49,999.....? 100% this is an awesome rig and I wish him luck with the sale, and I know he is starting a 6x6 expo camper build, which I'm stoked to see. The recent classifieds of vans being put up for sale, for amounts more than it costs me to build them all set and done as a professional service w/ warranty has started to peak my interest a little.. But then again, if a buyer just has to have it there is no exact price point of willingness to pay

I'm well aware to be careful when asking about price, but I think this is an appropriate ad to ask about it... As the SMB is rather stock as it came from the factory minus the paint, and the trailer is the super custom aspect- not sure why he didn't use timbren axles though. He also states on his IG that the van was in desperate need of TLC when he bought it, so maybe he had to put a lot of money into it to get it back to working order?
