To small for my needs , love it and it’s a blast to drive and constantly gets compliments but I just need more cargo space .
So transitioning to a more streamlined lightweight backpacking style traveling didn't work out? I thought the entire point was to get a newer rig with a warranty :) ?

For camping it’s fine it’s the daily life / woodworking stuff that it’s to small for .

Just get a full size truck and don't look back. I ended up with a new 3/4t+truck and wish I would have done it 10 years ago, comfortable, lots or room, lots of capacity for trailers/campers and obviously room for daily life stuff....my unsolicited advice....

I thought you were going with an F150 HDPP?

Me too - delay after delay after delay with no end in sight. I told the Ford dealership I'd take a F250 since the F150 had been pushed out....NONE available under $70k. Decided to look at the Chevy's....no dealers here (when I looked) had a single 2500 or 3500 on site. Happened to be driving by the Ram dealer and they had a low spec 2021 2500 tradesman w/ Hemi they just got in....$2500 off sticker + my work discount of $1k....said screw it, out the door for less than $45k which is probably $10k cheaper than the F150 was going to cost since Ford was not budging on pricing...

I should have done it sooner - F150 HDPP would have been fine for my needs though

Going to start a build thread for it? Okay, I'll stop derailing now....

Not much of a build thread guy, I keep things pretty stock....besides throwing on some AT tires, maybe Geolanders, not a whole lot needs done to be honest! I spend a lot more time these days on my KTM exploring so it's much more of a moto transporter!

I considered a truck again but I really miss the sequoia I had , and for work stuff I have to keep stuff out of the elements so I would have to run a canopy and at that point it’s like having a large suv anyways . And one of the biggest things I dislike is the debt of a almost new vehicle , really want to work towards being 100% debt free . 9C2941EE-39F4-47F9-817D-313D21AB923F.jpeg6F15D97B-544A-493F-BC41-D1E322927B63.jpeg
