I do not know the dimms of the grillbox.
But the Lodge cast iron grill/griddle combo I just got is 20"x10.75" and fits perfect.

Subscribed, as I am looking for the same exact thing!

How is the heat on the denali, I like the look of it, but the grill is only 5000 BTU, and the other burners are 12 i think right?

I was looking at the all terrain 20,000 BTU and a grill box for it, but that is almost $200 for the whole setup, a bit steep for me right now.

That one looks similar to the Partner Steel ones with the grating all the way across and the burners below.
Saw that one before on their site.

Seems to be deals now on Camp Chefs stuff since the Denali one I bought was $100, now marked down to $80 via Amazon.
Different supplier though than the one I bought via Amazon.

OOh, I'm subscribing to this.

I'm currently using a 3-burner Coleman white-gas stove because it refuses to die (its older than me) and I've still got fuel. Getting a bit more utility out of it with a grill box would make me happy, as lugging a separate propane grill just bugs me.

Hrm...

Costco's got the Camp Chef Expedition 2x for $100 at my local store. Grill box extra.

I have the Expediton3x and it's just to !#$!$#% big, but I love the 2 burner grill box I got for it. I probably use that more than anything.

I've been using a Camp Chef Weekender for several years and I'm very happy with it, very nicely built and all parts are replaceable if it ever has a problem. I have a single burner griddle for it and plan on picking up a single burner grillbox this year to make it more useful.
the only complaints I had with the stove was that it didn't come with ignitors (they do make a kit to install them) and the legs are too short, they now have adjustable legs available that are longer but I just keep an aluminium roll up table with it and use that instead of the legs provided.

i have a camp chef all terrain, single grill box, and lots of cast iron. my camp kitchen is better than the one at home, mostly because of the surroundings i use it in. but good equipment never hurts.

Doc $99 is a fine price for that stove, you didnt get hosed.

Well I guess I am in the same boat or close to it as several others on here. I am a backpacker and have always used or "made due" with a single burner msr that I packed down in my bag and bring with. But my girl and I are planning on a 6 month trip so we wanted to upgrade. So far my thoughts are the Camp Chef expedition 2 burner works way to well. Its light and packs in a decent size for the amazing power of the stove but I have several problems with the choice. 1. you have to use it outdoors so in the event its raining or snowing your not going to be able to use it in the back of your truck or tent. 2. Its durable and easy to set up and use but the damn cast iron is so heavy that you might as well stay away from all the attachments if your worried about weight. And 3. I had to purchase the diffuser because on low heat no matter what your burning eggs!

I was looking at the denali stove and was very interested but my question would be weight? and can you use it to cook 3 meals a days easy?

just a ramble.
my wife and i have worked for Costco for many years and always enjoyed what early spring brought to the selection in camping gear. Last year we purchased the Camp Cheif oven/stove combo. It was really a nice way to bring a full kitchen setup into the wilds if you don't mind the weight and have the space.

I have a grill box on my Camp Chef 3-burner stove. I started out with the Camp Chef grill box, but it rusted out after several years of use beach camping. While it lasted, I was really quite satisfied

To replace it, I built one out of 12-ga sheet steel and a diffuser of my own design, and re-used the same lid and grill element. I agonized over the shape for a long time, but finally realized it probably didn't matter. I'm really happy with the result, and it holds heat really well, and does a good job grilling.

However, light, it's not.

The other comments about the stove are also accurate. It doesn't hold a low heat well, and it's heavy. But hey, that's why I went from an F150 to an F350!
