Also consider how batteries are isolated. The battery isolator could have fried.
My inverter had a 110 amp fuse between it and the house batteries. It had large solenoids to isolate it when the engine wasn't running. If the solenoid is cooked or the power to it gone, you could be dead in the water.
Do you have power at the batteries? My E350 also has a large fuse at the relay/fuse box under the hood.
You can quickly bypass solenoids, switches, and jumbo fuses with jumper cables.
Don't rule out a ground issue. Trace both + & - power routes. Start where ou have power and follow it till you find the break in the circuit.
