Sparco Terra with Yoko Geolanders 215/60/16 with subtle solutions 1" lift. Just FYI the stock size is 225/45/17. Had to remove one little splash guard cap just to be safe (one the rear). But loving the new set up can't wait to use them.

Did you paint the front bumper and sides like that? I don't recall Subaru colors like that? Looks good and gives me some ideas with Plastidip.

Bit of a delay, sorry about that..

Here in Canada we got this model called the Anniversary Edition in 2008, it was the Columbia/LL Bean before that, it's a base model (plastic bumpers and sides) plus heated seats, mirrors, and sunroof.. It worked well for me because I knew it was going to spend lots of time on gravel and even with the RA flaps it still throws rocks up the sides..

Those are 16" with 215/60 tires on them. I do have a 1" spacer lift on it though. I love the set up so far. No rubbing and low noise.

Gotcha. I wanted these in 16" for my snow wheels, but got something else. Considering them in 17" for my summer tires, though.

Hey guys so I am looking at a summer road trip across most of the western US and will be driving the Outback. I plan on bringing my mountain bike with me but I would like to keep it inside the car. Too many bikes stolen off bike racks these days especially while traveling. For those of you with Outbacks, have any of you stored or transported a bike inside? If so, what did you use/make/invent/tinker/pack? Right now, my best idea is to take both wheels off and lay it down over my other stuff and then drape black sheets over that so thieves cannot see it. At night, if I am away from the vehicle I will bring it inside wherever I am. My biggest issue is when I am away from the vehicle on a hike. I would hate to return to the bike stolen so thats why I think inside will be the safest bet. I am also planning on locking the bike up inside the car to possibly a seat rail.

So, any thoughts?

Here's one more picture from this past weekend. This is "Big Levels" out in Lyndhurst, VA. It's a pretty rocky trail and I was wheeling with my buddies who were all in Jeeps. I'm also a lifted Jeep Wrangler owner, but it was out of commission this weekend so the Subie was called to the plate. It handled everything amazingly.
