Shot on the Canon G7 - no Photoshop adjustments at all.
Driving home from work, this sunset starts, I pull off on the next road and shoot this, I drive 4 miles down the road to look for a better foreground and the light was gone!
I have looked in awe at the pictures you all have taken here, my hat is off to you all!
A couple I was able to capture. The first was through the driver's door of my MRAP (I can't really explain why, but it is a favorite picture of mine) going north through southern Iraq. The second one, I have to admit, is actually a sunrise (taken just north of the Kuwaiti border near Basra) but I was amazed how red the sky was!
I have been checking out this thread for ages and have been about to post a couple of times... here goes the first, by no means close to some of the ones I have seen here.
This is from our camp spot in Avellanas Beach, Guanacaste, Costa Rica last week.
BTW it is 4 photos stitched up, so if you look closely you can see the "stitches"
