Small useless update... lol

With the cruise control working for a while now, my MPG have leveled off. If I told you, no one would believe me. But I've gained a few tenths.

I'm starting to smell some fresh oil burning if I'm in boost (17+ psi) for an extended period of time. I'm guessing a hose or fitting is leaking/dripping on the exhaust???
Your thoughts?

I've logged over 100k miles on three different sets of BFG A/T tires and today was my first flat...
But discount tires is fixing it for free.

I'm impressed with the tires and the shop.

And due to the length of the metal, it started to rub a hole on the inside of the tire. Discount tires won't allow the tire to leave the shop, So... I must buy a replacement. F me.

Pull the doghouse and check for oil in the valley? Any drips of oil where the engine/tranny meet when parked?

The valley is dry...
It's dripping down the passenger side valve cover.

I would like to think I'm contributing to the van world and sharing my knowledge but I have doubts of my abilities to. But thank you for your very kind words I'm glad that someone feels I'm helping them.



Now on to something that needs a very quick response. I have the opportunity to pick up a rear fuel tank, the guy said it was a gas vehicle. Do I need to know anything particular?
I would love to add the rear fuel tank.

I sadly don't have any plans where I'll be off-road or getting the rig in a precarious postions to harm the tank. But the guy did say it was metal.
Despite my efforts to buy this before I leave town, the guy hasn't responded back and I'm just about out of time.

On Monday I was Diagnosed with a bad #8 injector...
Tomorrow the replacement should be arriving.
Saturday I should be rolling again

Such a humbling experience when I considered myself knowledgeable about vehicles then to find out I was off a hair. LOL.
