You need a cast iron Dutch oven.

I use Camp Chef but I've heard lots of great things about Lodge too. I've only ever used cast iron.

I use all anodized aluminum myself; iron is heavy and retains odors much much more. The anodized aluminum cleans up virtually spotless and with very little effort.

Does anodizing give it any protection from acidic foods? I've used a non-anodized aluminum dutch but never anodized.

Yes; it's almost as carefree as ceramic with the hard surface.
Just mind your temperatures and it's the easiest Dutch to live with on the road.
