The Clymb - Outdoor Gear - Good deals

Hello,

I have posted this once before in another thread but I think the deals are so good I thought it deserves a thread.

I was recently invited to a “member-only” site that has sales well below retail. At any given time they have a few deals going and they last for a few days. Right now they have all this for ~50% off:
Sierra Designs, tents sleeping bags
Kelty, carports, tents, sleeping bags
Slumberjack, tents, sleeping bags
ICON Lights, SOG Knives, Alps Mountaineering
Cushe: sandals
Nomis: clothes
Coal: hats

I apologize for soliciting (I am not affiliated with them) but these are good deals you won’t see unless you’re a member. They send out new sale info three times a week (M, W, F).If you click through this link to sign up, I get credit for inviting you.

Check it out, use this link!

Not affiliated? What do you get by inviting people to the Clymb? Should have used this link, but then you don't get $10 bucks from the website for everyone that signs up under you.

No, I am not affiliated. I think I explained it.

From the site: "There is no cost to join but you must be invited by an existing member." I was happy to be invited and I'm sure lots of other folks on here would be as well, so I passed on my invite link.

To set the record straight, I don't get $10 for everybody who signs on. I get $10 if someone buys something. I don't see a risk or I wouldn't have passed it along. But as I said before the deals are solid.

Be warned about the prices. Some are good and others are not. I looked at SOG knives and one was better than anywhere else online, and another was $20 more. Just double check before you buy. I have been there for a while but have not found a WOW type deal. At least not after $10 shipping.

^ x2 plus it doesn't hold a stick to a lot of prodeals I get on gear through promotive, outdoor prolink, or columbia

I bought a Slumberjack camp table from them. The price was great. Shipping took weeks.

The thing that I really did not like was that it was shipped in just the slumberjack box. I am not a fan of packages being left at my front door that are not packed in a way that is less tempting to passers by.

Was considering a GoPro from them a few weeks back, but did not take the chance that they would just slapping a shipping label on a camera box.

Filson ~ 50% off at the climb

Hello Expo -

Again, I am advertising for the clymb website. But wanted to share a good sale they have going for filson clothes jackets, shoes and bags all about 50% off. I have many friends who buy off the site and are happy, in the past I've bought, many clothes, a wetsuit, a kids bike, boots and camping gear. Pay attention to the "estimated ship date" in your cart, sometimes it is right away and other times it is a few weeks out.

In any case, use this link if you want to check it out. See post #1.

I am a member of The Clymb. It is a good site. Caveat Emptor, of course; I have found the same products at overstock.com for less.

They do offer a credit for people who sign up other members. I joined without being invited. So, while I have posted one item here that I thought would be of interest to others, I won't ask you to sign up as my referral. That changes the game; I can no longer be impartial and will lose credibility with you. Your impartiality is important to me; and I prefer to remain impartial when dealing with you all.

Hey BB, thanks for the response. The site is good and they sell a boatload of camping, biking and other outdoor sports stuff.

If you want to check it out, I'm cool with that. If you don't want to check it out, I'm cool with that.

Cheers.
