This new camper shell is the form I have been looking for since I can't get a Callen like I had before.
What are your thoughts on the taped construction? They say it will last 30 years in the video, I wish I had to worry about a product lasting 30 years.

The taped aluminum skins over welded aluminum frame is an industry standard in trailer manufacturing.

I think they are touting the tapes 30 year rated lifespan. Lifespan of bonds in the field will vary depending on design variables like joint load cycling, environmental conditions, exposure to compounds like solvents and oils and initial prep procedures.

I've seen taped panels come loose pretty quickly due to oil canning of aluminum skins.

Love these new Moonlanders. Really cool option with the over cab. Reasonably priced too.
