Glad I found this thread. I have so many memories in my gpw. Those things will take trees out like crazy. They can also jump dunes pretty good. Mine used to be pretty stock until I got ripped off in HS before I knew better. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1323149737.284645.jpg

This is my grandfather (never got to meet him, died before I was born) and my uncle with my uncles Jeep. You can almost feel what my granddad was saying.

Later in life my dad "upgraded" to this FC-170. He threw in a Dodge 318 with a 727 auto tranny.

Here's the stock 1942 Marine Corp. Willys MB I've had for decades. Quit driving it about four years ago.

I had way too many jeeps in the yard and am now down to two. I think I'll let this one go eventually.
