Maybe I could set up a little movable (notice I didn't say portable ) pizza express and roam the back country offering hot, fresh pies for the bc crowd. Sorta like the burrito/enchilada/taco vendors that hit all the manufacturing/warehouse areas around town.

I saw a set-up a few years ago that was kinda cool, but nowhere near what you posted.

Some guys took a horse trailer that had a door in the front and set up the kitchen inside, for feeding large groups.

Once the meal was prepared, they opened up the front and back doors, and the crowd would file through and fill their plates.

Very efficient.
