No title in CO. And no plate/registration! No additional insurance (unless you want to). Those are some reasons I like truck campers so much! They're considered truck-bed cargo and are regulated as such. Oh--and no tires or wheel bearings!
FWC provides a certificate upon purchase from them. As a previous poster wrote, in Colorado it's simply truckbed cargo and no state documentation is required.
I got a Calif. title for my Northstar at a one time fee of $35.00 back in 2000. The dealer recommended it after a customer touched bases with them. Northbound in Baja in Guerrero Negro the officials demanded a title for the camper. After much debate and a sizable mordita the Feds let them travel northbound.
Might of been a freak deal,but I still carry mine. Haven't had the pleasure of taking my rig that far south to experiment.
