I am pretty happy with my 2015 Tundra. I am coming up on 130k miles. Besides routine maintenance all I have had to replace is the fuel pump.
The AT Summit has worked out very well for us with many nights slept in it.
I have a hidden Warn 10K winch on the bumper, 3 inch lift with bilsteins, front and rear ARB air lockers, coleman mach air conditioner on top, road shower, and a couple hundred watts of solar. I also have a very nice battery bank for running the engel fridge freezer and an inverter to charge drone batteries when I take on drone jobs.
The only other vehicle I would consider is a Power Wagon.
I sometimes drag around a Gheenoe LT25.
