I am getting a transmission fault code (1999 Fuso FE-SP with Aisin automatic). My manual does not have the automatic transmission information in it. I found an Aisin manual for the Isuzu NPR but the fault codes appear to be different. Everything else is the same. Does anyone have a manual? My local dealer is of no help and I ordered a manual but it will be a few weeks before it gets here. I would like to know what is going on. The code is 5 long pulses, with 4 short pulses. If it's like the Isuzu, the first three pulses are ignored, and I would have a code 24. In the Isuzu manual, 24 means #2 speed sensor, which the Mitsubishi does not have, so I am at a loss. I believe I have a timing sensor fault, but would like to verify.
