Yes, any Tread Lightly Master Tread Trainer is certified to give this training. I do not know of any regularly scheduled training programs, but they might exist.

If you have a local club that is active in the environmental issues and keeping trails clean and open, you might ask them if they have any Master Trainers who give the training.

Alternately, you might contact Tread Lightly itself and ask them for further information.
