It's refreshing to see a well written, professional, non accusing reply from a manufacturer. Headed to your site now to see that tent and mug!

Just read through this thread. All I can really add is that, I only currently own one of the Treeline Outdoors products, the two man sleeping bag, and so far from my experience its top notch and their customer service was even better. I look forward to adding a few more of their products to my collection!

Received a Treeline Outdoors Half Hatchet in the post today. Immediately ran to our woods, and cut at some windfall. Also split a small round with it. BOOYAH! The hatchet will certainly go with me in the wilderness for sure, as well as household duty. Manufactured in the USA, damn good quality, beautiful colors, very well contoured handle that allows for various grips, for various needs. The sheath is quality as well, with slits in the back to hang on a belt, and a snug fit. I hammered a nail, and then pulled the nail. awesome!

I'm glad to see Treeline on here!! I've communicated with them on Instagram a bunch (@delicacanada) and the double sleeping bag has been on my Want List for a looooong time. Hopefully I can get one next year, nice to support local!

Looks like a rad hatchet. If I'm going to have a hatchet, I want a rad one.

Just like every product offered in the world, there are different price points.

The head slipped a little, and I left it as it was. I have used it three days so far to process both green, and dried/seasoned wood to the tune of eight "tree of heaven" at 15-20ft each. So far, no more slippage has happened. There has been but one hatchet I have used that has had NO slippage at all. If it becomes and issue, I have a replacement handle that is just about the same.

No issues at all besides an 8th inch slippage. I may push the head back down, and tap the shim a few times and call it a day.

I got mine a few weeks ago and have yet to use it.

However, mounted it in the jeep. Love the feel, it looks great and feels good. I'm interested to see how it works out. Been busy with work and stuff to go out wheeling and exploring, but I'll be looking for good uses with this thing.
