About Time

Many of you have already looked at my very slow build thread. However, I have been waiting for a good photo or two to add to the picture thread.

This is a 2005 Double Cab SR5. I added the Bilstien 5100s set at 1.3". They have given me about 1.75" instead. I then added 265/70/17 BFG AT KOs. At this point that is all I have done besides drive it and love it. Some day I'd like to have a 2 1/2" lift 285s a Land Cruiser ARB Bull Bar, rock sliders, skids, and a rear locker. Obviously this is going to be a long build.

If I can get 285s on a 1-1/2" lift, you should be able to get them on a DC with a 1-3/4" (ymmv, some cutting was required for my front flares)

Back to 37's, just put on some new Hankooks on the '01 this weekend. Also Put some 275/70R18 BFG T/A KO's on the '08 Tundra last week and will be installing a leveling kit this coming weekend -

i absolutly love your tundra... do you have a build thread i can look at so i can see exactly what you have done and how you did it? i am possibly picking up a tundra with something similar to what you have done in mind.
on the other hand, anything i should look for in the tundras? major issues? how many miles is too many miles? i currently have a mitsubishi montero.. and i am sick of it being so difficult to do anything to.
thanks,
Jake

EDIT* found the link to the build thread... if it was a snake..
