two questions (insulation & blinds)

We recently bought an '02 E-350 that we're planning on doing some work on.

For the insulation, is the Reflectix that I see used around here adhesive backed, and if not, how is it secured to the vehicle? We'd like to insulate the van and also provide some sound deadening (secondary to the insulation).

Is there a good place to get blinds for the windows? We're thinking about the type that are typically found in conversion vans (slide up and down).

Reflectix is not adhesive backed. I use velcro to stick it up over the windows at night. But super 90 would probably stick it to about anything.

+1 on Reflectix and super 90 adhesive. I used fat mat around the cab area and poor mans ice barrier away from the heat. Very happy after a year. I was concerned about odors: absolutely none. Also, in addition, Dow styrofoam in flat areas to fight Florida sun load.
