Shop updates, having too much fun

OBS truck is rolling, still needs 2" more lift up front and this/that to be finished.

AlphaVan body is back on the lift for cleaning. undercoating, glass, trim, etc etc. Next week the chassis will come over so we can bolt them together!

Its actually 3.5" low in the front, tire clearance is a bit too tight. I do love the low look with big tires though!

Super duty axle swap front & rear, shackle reversal, Stage 2 front axle with SSBCs and a Spyntec hub conversion, ARB rear, 4.56s, Fox 2.0 res, custom shock towers, crossover steering, custom spec springs F&R, ~6" lift.

Any idea on the time frame for the first Nissan van 4x4 build, or did i miss it already ?

I ask this because I saw today on Power Nation that Ian is going to do a new Nissan van 4x4 build.

Haven't begun. I've found a few candidates but need to pull the trigger and get one in here. Then I need to find time to get it done!

Saw the post about Ian, he recently commented on an IG pic I posted so now I know why he was curious! Interested to see what they come up with.

Hey Chris, great looking van as usual. Was this the van with the corner plates of the roof rack overlapping the edge of the solar panel? If so, how did you and the customer decide to handle that? I remember some folks felt the overlap could impact the panel efficiency and longevity.

Thanks! The manufacturer never got back to me so we're going to open the corners anyway to be on the safe side.
