Quick question for ya Chris.
Got the bus converted and it rides great but thinking I might throw the rear sway bar back on. On a 6 inch lift should I extend the links 6 inches as well? Have not been able to find a definitive answer n dont want to do it twice. Thanks.

Depends on the business and sway bar link style. You'll want to keep it at the same or close to the same orientation to the ground that it is right now so extend whatever length to obtain that.

The NY RV we're currently building had a damaged rear bumper, he wanted a replacement so we decided to do something cool and make it match the front a lil bit. Turned out nice.

Can you give me some advice on the best way to remove the rear cross member that was used for the spare tire?

It seems to be riveted to the frame and I wanna do the less damage as possible removing it.

Several ways. We use a plasma to burn the heads off the rivets then an air chisel to knock them out.
