I just spent an entire day doing it. No plasma cutter available unfortunately. I used an angle grinder, cutting wheel and air hammer. Then had to cut two ears off once it was loose to get it out. It wasn’t fun.Hey Chris,
Can you give me some advice on the best way to remove the rear cross member that was used for the spare tire?
It seems to be riveted to the frame and I wanna do the less damage as possible removing it.
Thanks from the guy that you can never remember his name.

Don’t know if the diesels have charcoal canisters for the evap system, but I have to figure out how to mount that now too. That isn’t a small system either lol
1st few coil revision kits are shipping! Everything in the pic is included (plus a tie rod spacer/sleeve) to convert and Ujoint or MG coil conversion to crossover steering with a relocated trac bar. This kit won't work to retrofit any other 4x4 conversion, has to be the UJ or MG setup. The only thing that needs to be modified on the existing brackets is to open the upper trac bar hole to 7/8. The new lower trac bar mount is weld on and we recommend to weld the upper mount to the frame for added strength. We're working hard to collect steering knuckles, have quite a few 05-12s and gathering 13/ups. Had to revise the machining process for them (knuckle in the pic is a 13/up) because a lot of guys have these axles for the bigger brakes. Let me know if you have any questions, we're fixing vans and shipping these kits as quick as we can!
Thanks for shipping this before your vacation Chris! I'm looking forward to getting this on the van and I'll detail the install in my thread.

The only vans that require an axle from us are the 08-14 vans using our leaf kit.
