I got an AWD Transit! Just picked it up this morning, this isn't the unit I had on order. Nobody seems to know when the naiver vans will be built so I grabbed this one to prototype everything and I'll sell it once I get an ETA & VIN # for mine. Uploading a video with more details now.

Yep. It is, when I have the kids. My blue Transit will replace it once Ford decides to build it.

Let's do this! racked the Transit today to make a build plan and we fab'd a cradle that holds the F x-member to our transmission jack for stability. The tear down games begin Monday. I did a Facebook & Instagram live video today that you can watch for a detailed tour.

Chris, where do I need to be to run without
Flares. Is 4.5” backspacing with a 17x9 possible, im doing 6” w/ 35’s, 06’ sterling rear.

Or is the tire size more the critical factor?

Yes, 4.5" BS is perfect with a 35/12.50/17.
