Ok, revised question. Could the coilover setup be done on a D60 front with less welding and custom work?

Not like this, we needed that extra width to make it all work.

Yea, she wide! the flares will do decent job but they stick out a little bit past.

One is our standard crossover steering, the other is our RSC upgraded axle. We often upgrade non RSC vans to the RSC axle for the bigger brakes and serviceable wheel bearings but it doesn't add the electronics of the RSC system. Obviously all RSC vans get the RSC upgrade, everything else can get either steering setup depending on how the van will be used.
