Wow that is awesome! What are you doing to lift the rear? PS - I would recommend to lift it a couple inches higher than the front! I had to take mine back to the spring shop after making it sit level because almost every driveway was scraping with the nice long motorhome overhang!

I really want to dial in the 5.4 conversions since these vans are so plentiful and priced low. The 5.4 vans have always been the hardest and most expensive to convert due to the small transmission and the required exhaust mods, so some more pre made parts are in order! !

What do you have in mind? Did those vans have L4OD's turds..

More options for exhaust mods, and the transmission. The 5.4's have the 4R75 transmission and the parts to make it 4wd are expensive as well as hard to find.

Work continues at the shop! The RussiaVan got its front axle steering and shocks, I'll be building the Sterling and have it all ready to get on the ground early next week. Coming along nicely!



The class c is on the ground too, finishing up the details before it heads home next week. test drive in the AM!



BigBlack is back at the shop, we're selling it for the customer. He already has plans for a REALLY nice van build, so we need to find a home for this one. It's a 2011 E350 5.4 with 13K, 6" UJOR lift w/a stage 1 D60 & RSC, dual 5160's up front, Rigid 20" light bar w/factory upfitter switches and almost brand new Toyo MT's and fuel wheels. Asking 39K, won't find a cleaner van anywhere.



And..... the CK-JIG's are ready to ship! This is the jig in folded form so its easier to ship. We added a knock out for the shackle sleeve hole so it can be used for the guys with and w/o a plasma.
