What about the NV stuff, anything new on that front?

Funny story.... I had one sourced locally. Called my guy at the dealership, went down that afternoon to find the NV in the service dept being checked out/etc. Didn't want to disturb them and it gave me a good view of the undercarriage. The van was exactly what I wanted. V8, ~40k miles, not white, good options. It was a high roof, not my 1st choice but who cares. My sales guy said he would bring it to the shop the next morning.

Next morning comes, he goes to get it, and its gone! Got sold the night before! I haven't looked since, need to get back on that.

Here's a shot of V4 in the snow last week, had a blast. I posted some videos to our facebook page if you're interested.

Some shop updates! Working on a friends GM today, Aluminess tire carrier and some airbags going on the rear. Finishing up a D60 FF full rebuild, should be setting the body back down on the 6.0 later today too.

its a 95 with the 7.3 and 157k on the clock. Sorry for the late reply I'm traveling on business. My concern is with the amount of wear with that mileage the upkeep of the Q, versus getting a 2wd and doing the full conversion myself.

Thanks

Yeah, I'm good there, sorry for not being more clear with my concern. I was more worried about the quigly proprietary parts that could experience wear over that amount of time/mileage.

157k on a 7.3 Powerstroke is generally not an issue.

That's crazy about the NV being sold out from under you ... bum deal. Every time I see your shots of V4 out in the wild (the recovery video was great) it always leaves an impression, that thing is nuts (in the best way).

Thanks. Yes, its a lot of fun! Just rinsed all the crap off it, needs a proper cleaning now.

I usually just post these nice pics on Instagram but here's one for you guys. This rig was here recently, Bruce & his wife are traveling in it full time now. This pic is in AZ but they're currently in Baja.

This van started as a DIY 4" kit, he upgraded to the 6 this year. Love this van!
