Yep! Engine runs, we did a complete fluid swap, checked the axles, packed the bearings, replaced all of the brakes, hoses, etc. Working on the floor repair now.

Moving along on the purple DeS/K. Final touches on the Sterling rear, front clip, bumper, wiring, etc. Wheels should be here tomorrow, shafts are in, she's almost ready to roll. Still a lot of odds & ends to finish it up.

AlphaVan is back from its 1300 mile journey for some punch list items and then off to SMB mid June.

SteelBlue 7.3 is mobile! What a sick van. Video up later. 03 E350 7.3, front clip swap, 6" coil kit on 35" Toyo AT2s, Aluminess rear, customized front bumper, OBA, Aluminess nerf bars, sPOD, Rigid lights.

Chris any chance you can detail a bit the front clip swap? Mainly do you fabricate any parts for the early to late conversion? I seem to recall that there might be an issue with fender bolts matching.

We fabricate the hood latch adapter and some fender risers, thats it. Everything else is from Ford.
