Installing the new 5r110 output shaft I noticed it threaded toward the end. I also noticided a torque spec for a "output shaft nut" which is supposed to thread onto this, but it's not something I noticed mentioned in the installation instructions or provided with the kit. Is this something not required?

Thats for a 450, no need to worry.

Nice weekend up in PA attending the Mid Atlantic Overland Festival. Good weather, good people, good times. Maiden voyage with V4 and the new suspension was a success, it handles nice on the road!

Back to work, trying to catch up on a pile of emails/etc. Black limo 5.4 is in for a soft tear down to prep for bumper work & Rhino. White 7.3 SMB has arrived from CO for a full 4x4 swap.

Cranking on the Transit! Roof rack is done, we'll be ready to start shipping in 2 weeks. Uses all existing holes in the roof, 10.5' x a bit over 6.5' (126x70 exact dims) We've also got the seats removed, coin flooring in, window tint, graphics go on tomorrow.

On the coil spring conversions track bar frame bracket which shares 2 of the mounting locations for the steering box, Is it ok to use the factory bolts since there is slightly less thread engagement?

I notice a new part on your page, the CK002-DL (a longer drag link adjuster), since I planned on doing the steering this weekend with a factory adjuster, Im wondering if the factory adjuster will have enough threads?
