Curious about your thoughts on a UJoint 6" lift for 38" Continental MPTs on an E450 Ambulance? Tire capacity looks good. How much trimming am I looking at?

Depends on the body in the rear, front will definitely rub and there's only so much you can trim. I'd also be concerned with the speed rating of those tires. And weight....
