Yes I was thinking of things like that, or PVC.I wonder if a plastic sheet like StarBoard would be a decent edging material for wet locations? The adhesive would need to be suitable for HDPE, and the StarBoard would need flame treated to improve surface energy though.

5 of us, a pump cart and some very careful planning and the rear panel was lifted up and into place. Whilst this is going to make the rest of the build a touch more awkward, going in and out through the door, because we plan to start using it to some capacity this summer this is how is has to be. The interior walls are all glued in (except the bathroom front which comes later).
Big relief, it was very an awkward lift being heavy, tall, extrusions in place and having to glue the whole way around. I had pre-glued on the bottom extrusion so we had a solid one to lift from.

The interior dividing wall came out great, I need to soften the edges and seal it up. Then build some beds for spring time. After marker lights, corner caps and the final edge seal.
