URGENT: Is this a lot of rust?

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying tickets for Tuesday to fly over and buy this 08 Sport 4Runner. I was sent a couple of photos and a video of the undercarriage. Before I buy these flights, I would love if you guys could give me some input on your thoughts on the rust situation and if you would buy the vehicle. I plan to use this for years to come.

To me it looks like normal surface rust for a 7 year old vehicle. I don't think I would be too concerned, it doesn't look like anything a wire wheel and a can of paint couldn't take care of.

That's nothing. It's also not a very telling view. What you want to look at is the inner frame rails.

Inner frame rails = the frame rail looking from the center of the vehicle out. I didn't watch the video, but the first picture is of the "outer" frame rail.
