I picked up one of these needing some work last fall and am really enjoying setting it up for my needs. Having used a variety of rooftop tents over the years the Venturecraft is so much faster to set up and doesn't appear to suffer from the typical zipper/cover issues as the tent is part of the assembly. Beyond that, the basic tub under the queen size bed is really suited to dialing it in to your needs. Just my thoughts,

Geez, that may be a bit too fast! I usually like to take my time to make decisions and I am not sure I am quite that motivated?

I am not in a hurry for a trailer. I have really been considering a RTT instead.
You can have the trailer if you want it. You are a whole bunch closer and I am not a very motivated buyer.
