Olaf,
I'm planning on doing the same trip as you when mine is finished so maybe you will see our Vario.. You will need to drive really slowly so we can catch up.. :)

Also found this one from the Netherlands on Marktplaat.nl. Thought it was an interesting design for the interior. I liked the bed/seating setup. Does anyone know where to get the sliders for the bed?

If I don't mistake, this one was build by twigatravelcars. He was completely white before and was build for the former owner off the company himself. There used to be a whole topic with pictures about the build of this camper on their site, but I see now that the new owners have changed the site and that it is not on anymore.

On this site you can see still some pictures of the build.

Hi Ben
The mmmmartin van is currently traveling around USA and is now owned by Henry McElroy and his wife Susan.
I have also attached a pic of the Jon Speed van which is in UK

Hey Andy
Yes I forgot the JS van needs to go on the list. I seem to remember you had a load of images from when you were selling it? Toby is also on this forum so maybe he has a couple of recents? We get your van up here too! As far as I see it, yours has the diff lock so if you switched back to dual rear wheels it's 4x4 ;)

Probably an E350 4x4 but I think the vario is slightly larger. Mine is 3.5meters tall and 7meters long with a 4.25 turbo diesel from memory. It is a high roof so you can also stand comfortably (about 6ft 3inches).

I am researching a sprinter build-out right now and am not - yet - completely convinced it is the right option for me. E350s are not tall enough, I want to be able to stand, without popping a top. The Vario looks tall enough to stand up, and looks like it could - overt time - be built into a really nice camper. I have only found them in Europe so far and was wondering if they were imported into North America as something else.
