RugerTrailer
The Trailer Guy
Hey everyone. Winter is finally here so I thought what the heck, I can kill some time with a build thread here. Starting this build a little late into the progress as it's seen some decent modifications over the last year and a half I have owned it. So far I have done all the mods myself except fot the SYE install. While some may say a TJ is not the best choice for an adventure vehicle, I would have to agreee with them...haha. All I know is this heep takes a serious beating on thousand mile, mulit-day, interstate trips and gets me home with out whinning (usually).
I work with Steve at Ruger Trailers in a mulitfaceted role (wanted to be upfront about this). Mainly testing trailers and going to off-road events although every now and then I get some fab work in at his shop on your guys' trailers. This build will be photo heavy and I'll start with including some pics of my favorite trips since I've had the jeep. Moving on...
Mods of honerable mention :
Hiline fenders
2" Budget Boos
1" Body lift
Tummy Tuck (SYE,DS, UCA's)
Sliders
35's
Warn 8274
Ruger Trailer
The goal for this jeep is to be able to crawl all the difficult trails in CO and Moab and still be able to camp for 3-5 days at a time in (my definition of) 'comfort'.
As it sits now...
