Warn VR series, how do they compare

Since these have been out a little while, who owns them, have used them and have regrets or are happy as can be with them?

Just trying to decide if these are good to go or if I need to shell out the extra for the M series as there just isn't a comparison. I'm hopeful though.

I have one, no problems. But only have used a few times.
