Do you have an actual question about octane boosters? They are all pretty much junk and not worth the money, far simpler/cheaper to just fill up with premium, not to mention most major cities have race fuel available at a few pumps if you actually need it.

My favorite octane boosters are Toluene or Race Fuel. You have to add a more but I really don't think those octane boosters shown it that website work all that well.
I have a car that needs more than premium gas. A gallon of Toluene or Race Fuel is enough to satisfy it hunger for more octane.

The problem with that is a basic issue of volume and ratios. Lets say those additives have an effective octane rating of 116. You add a can to 10 gallons of 91 octane gas you now have ~91.3 octane fuel. It's like adding a single shot of vodka to a keg of beer to increase it's alcohol content. Yes, it does go up, but by such a small amount it doesn't matter. At $14 a can, you're going to have to dump in $100 worth of the things to get an octane bump that is worthwhile.

If you mix a single gallon of Toluene, which is 114 octane with 9 gallons of 91 octane fuel to make 10 total gallons you now have 93.3 octane fuel. A noteworthy difference. You're probably better off finding somewhere that carries race gas (110-118). It will be cheaper than toluene and you can pump it in instead of pouring annoyingly by hand. For $5-$10 you can have a tank of 93 octane fuel.

do you guys have experience with this octane booster (http://auto-essentials.com/best-octane-booster/)?:)
Your article states things that aren't true.
Whats the actual point of these additives? To raise the octane levels. Every time you put fuel in your vehicle a certain gas has a octane level attached to it. So – “regular” or better known as unleaded gas has an octane level of 89. Premium gas has octane level of 92. These octane boosters raise that number to create a cleaner burning fuel as the higher the number in the octane levels, the cleaner the fuel burns.
Octane is just a measure of resistance to compression detonation. Nothing to do with how clean the fuel is.

What are you driving that you need higher octane?
