Water Proof Interior Build - Ideas and Help

Added some Peel and Stick and I think it is looking nice. I had to put some Fiberglass insulation into the rear doors because I couldn't get anything else in. I have been told that if the FG insulation doesn't have paper on it it usually can get a little damp without problems. I would have doors open during cleaning anyhow.
