What is everyone using for their ac receptacles? I am having a hard time finding anything that is not big and bulky.

This has the wrong end on it doesn't it?? I was looking for the female end like a plug at the house. You would need a double female ended extension cord to use this. Never seen on of those. I have to be wrong here...right?

Go to the garage and grab an extension cord...

got it in your hand?...

plug one end to a wall socket...

now...

look at the end that's left....and look at the Marinco fitting...

make sense?

Cowboy, they work, trust me.

Pretty clean set up and easy to connect. I take a female end and attach it to the solar panel. Then just plug in both ends. That way you can have your solar panel away from the trailer by as much as 100 feet with 10 wire.

You guys are talking about sending power to the trailer. I am talking about receptacles that mount to the trailer to plug my electrical items into while I am camping. In other words drawing power from the batteries on the trailer.

So buy an inverter with a plug (s) on it?

I have a 700w mounted permanently inside (dry, covered in the event of rain) that runs off battery...seems to work fine, but I also carry a Honda eu2000i if there is something substantial needs run, or the batteries need charging.
