One word of caution, touch paint is like hens teeth, apparently Nissan is building everything in Silver and not enough touch up paint, I had to buy mine off ebay. Otherwise, great purchase.

It has a small lift...1 1/4"...with one size larger tires. But yes...pretty much stock. That is what the Frontier is replacing. I bought the Tracker for my wife 11+ years ago. A couple of years ago I bought her a new Kia Optima and took over the Tracker as my hunting/trail runner/camping rig.

But it is kinda long in the tooth, and not very fun for longer trips.

I can imagine that thing would make a TJ feel luxurious after a few miles, that is a tiny little buggy! Although I'll bet the gas bill hurts a lot less than a TJ!

It actually is not too bad inside. My buddy has a 2016 Wrangler Unlimited and the leg room is actually a little greater in the Tracker surprisingly.

I am 6' 2" and 205 and for 2 hours or less in one sitting, it was ok. It was the longer trips that would get to me. Not just the space inside, but the noise, lack of sat radio....yep....what problems we have today, huh?

The upside is it gets 22-24 mpg in town and 26+ on the Hwy. If I remember from my Xterra, I will be lucky to get 14-16 in town and 20 was a great day on the Hwy.

I sold the Tracker yesterday and it will be missed. It was a fun little rig that would go all kinds of places and served us well for 11+ years.

I was thinking more from the aspect of the tiny wheelbase. IIRC, that thing has a shorter WB than my TJ. On the roads around here at least, that translates into "Damn, I think I can taste my spleen after that drive..."

LOL...yep...driving the Tracker on a washboard road will remind you what you had for breakfast.

On the flip side, the thing is like a side by side ATV with A/C, CC, heat, P/S and street legal. You can take it places that a larger rig would have problems at at least your paint job would suffer.
