So what camper is this guy using? Just wondering.

Can't really tell from the small photos. Maybe one of the manufacturers erod suggested, perhaps a homemade/custom unit.

With it sitting on a 110 pickup, I suppose it could be one made by a company in Europe or South Africa where 110's are more common....?

Oh, and I'll say it. That's a really nice truck to have a camper mounted on it in such a half-ass fashion.

Actually that's even more rare than a 110; it's a 130 crew cab and judging by the number plates the truck is probably from Europe.
