Simply Brats with pepper jack cheese

Dinner tonight is some meatloaf chopped up, the little bit of leftover smashed potatoes made into a burrito using three pepper Colby jack cheese.
Washed down with yet another free Pacifico cerveza.

18 pack found on side of road back in April.
I only drink beer with certain food, so it will last quite awhile.
But I'm looking forward to getting back to my favorite Beer Modelo Negra.

Brunch today is waffle and bacon.
More than I can eat, but I finish anyway.

Last night's meal was veggie patacones burgers with mango salsa

Dinner tonight is part of a grilled chicken breast and some Zatarains yellow rice I doctor up
with a can of RoTel diced tomatoes with green chilies.

A quick dinner as I chase Fall colors along the C&O Canal near Hagerstown MD.

Cast iron skillet cooking on a Coleman stove. Add some olive oil. Canned sliced potatoes seasoned with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, pepper. When potatoes start to brown, move them to the perimeter and put a good steak in the middle. Season with Montreal Steak seasoning.

Lunch yesterday was a "Clean out Fridge Friday" special......some mac n cheese with some pulled pork & sloppy joes a slice of pepper jack cheese melted in. Warmed in my 12v lunch box!
