Today was salad making day for the upcoming week.
First up is Tri color rotini pasta with peas, red peppers and red onions. Drizzled with Newman's Own Italian dressing and some minced garlic.
Next up is tuna salad, you can see the hard boiled egg in the first pic. Good mayo, red onion and celery. And more of the minced garlic.
I put it on almost every thing, garlic is good for you.
Dinner tonight is leftover chicken breast shredded and made into a burrito.
A small portion of breast shreds up into a nice amount for the burrito.
Another free Pacifico to wash it down.
Since I have my stomach shrunk down pretty good, I often make half sammiches for lunch.
Today is half a pastrami and Swiss on rye bread, stone ground mustard and ketchup on bread.
Pasta salad and some black grapes. DR. Pepper to wash down.
Dinner tonight is rib eye steaks from Sprouts market.
These are huge, probably should have made one to split, but too late now.
Going to be some leftovers for sure.
Half of a baked potato to go along.
Lunch today is half of a black forest and American cheese sammich on rye bread.
Some deli bought potato salad that has egg and bacon in it. Black grapes and DR. Pepper to wash down.
Dinner tonight is the last of the chicken breast, sliced with BBQ sauce, like I like.
The last of the green beans as well. Clearing out the fridge is always good.
Nothing goes to waste around here.
