I wish I had more camp culinary skills, and really camp culinary creativity. I have some staple meals that I can cook up and survive, many of which I find a great camp meal despite their simplicity. Example would be a grilled cheese sandwich with deli meats cooked in hot coals with a pie-iron. Easy to make, easier to cleanup and tasty... but basic.
I've recently been volunteering to cook for a group as we adventure through a bunch of countries. Spaghetti has been a popular option with ingredients easy to source in most locations we've been. Taco's have also been a group favorite and ingredients reasonably easy to source as we travel.
I'm taking great inspiration from this thread and am making a personal goal to expand past my go-to regulars in an effort to bring more culinary effect to my travels.
