What did you cook today? Photo thread

You either have a very good metabolism or are pushing 300 pounds. LOL

You definitely seem to like food.
I consider eating well to be a major part of my lifestyle.
I eat smaller portions more often.
That helps keep my stomach shrunk down to a decent size.
I haven't gained more than 15 pounds in the last 30 years and still wear the same size pants
as I did in my 30's.

Good genetics always helps.
 
Dinner tonight is round three of chili.
Added to the mix is a grilled Kirkland 1/4 pound hot dog on a couple pieces of wheat bread.
Dr. Pepper to wash down.
